Room 1 at The SeaVilla is one of the most sought after rooms in the building. Located on the second floor, you will wake up bathed in sunlight and see the ocean and beach with out getting out of bed. This room has a sitting area with access to the wrap around veranda. This room is cozy enough for five people and romantic enough for a honeymoon. The Queen size bed is equipped with a trundle bed for additional sleeping space. This room also contains a small refrigerator and has an air-conditioner. You must reserve this room one month in advance during high season.
Room 5 is located on the second floor. This eclectic, charming, romantic room is a perfect quiet get-a-way.
This room has a full size bed and air-conditioning.
Room 7  is located on the third floor. This room has been decorated with authentic Victorian Cottage style furnishings. From this full bed you can wake up and watch the dolphins play. The beautiful Blue Twilight wallpaper gives the impression of feeling cool.

Room 8 is the second most popular room in the building and is also located on the third floor. This room has been tastefully decorated with fabulous Eastlake furniture. From the full size bed you have two ocean views that stretch as far as the eye can reach.
(You must reserve this room 2 weeks in advance)
Room 9 is a Victorian treasure. This room has been decorated with true Victorian furniture and placed around the room are little glimpses of the Victorian Era. Sleeping in this full size bed will truly make you feel like a Victorian on holiday. This room has air-conditioning for the warmer months.

Room 12 is a cozy, romantic room
with Jenny Lind twin beds. This room is perfect for friends or for a family room for the kids.
Room14 is a popular room for those looking for respite. Enjoy a quiet stay with wonderful northern ocean views. Some guests have even said this is the most comfortable bed at the SeaVilla.
Room 14 interconnects with room 16, which also makes it a great room for family vacations.
Room 16 has beautiful double views of the
northern end of the beach. This room has recently been tastefully redecorated with elegant family heirlooms and has a full size bed. Room 16 interconnects with room 14, which is perfect for families or friends that would like to stay close together.

Our Rates:
$85 -$135 double occupancy, per night.
Prices subject to change without prior notice.

Our Policies
Reservations are recommended, however not required
Minimum stay requirements may apply on weekends or holidays
A 50% deposit or a minimum of one nights lodging is required within 7 days of making your reservations. The balance is due upon check-in
Refund of deposit will be made if rental is secured after cancellation
One night stays are required to be paid in full
An additional charge will be added for extra room guests
All rates are subject to N.J. sales tax
Check-in time 2pm-9pm
Check-out 11am
All confirmed reservations will be held until 9pm unless otherwise notified.
Close off street parking
For the preservation of our building, smoking is only allowed outside on the veranda
